Kathmandu. IME Life Insurance has declared a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The company has declared a cash dividend of Rs 52.63 million (including tax purposes) i.e. 10.52 percent of its current paid-up capital.

The meeting of the Insurance Company held on December 9 on December 9 has decided to distribute the dividend at the same rate. The dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
