Kathmandu. The Inland Revenue Office, Bhadrapur, has collected Rs 1.14 billion in revenue till mid-December of the current fiscal year 2082÷083. The amount collected is 25.81 percent of the annual target of the current fiscal year.

The Inland Revenue Office (IRO) had set a target of collecting Rs 4.45 billion in revenue in the current fiscal year. The Inland Revenue Office, Bhadrapur, has collected Rs 428.88 crore as income tax and Rs 40.52 crore as VAT and Rs 261.10 million as excise duty in the first five months of the current fiscal year. In the last fiscal year 2081÷082, revenue of Rs 1.08 billion has been collected.
