Kathmandu. Self-employment Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has declared dividend of 15 percent of its current paid-up capital.
Out of the total dividend, 14.25 percent is bonus shares and 0.75 percent is cash dividend. A meeting of the board of directors of the microfinance company held on December 18 has decided to distribute dividend at this rate.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
