Kathmandu. NPI Narayani Community Hospital is going to issue an IPO. The company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking Limited as its issue manager for the IPO issuance.
NPI Narayani Community Hospital Limited will issue 20% of its issued capital to the general public and 80% of the promoter group shares will be issued.
The company’s proprietor Chudamani Khanal informed that the company is going for public auction as additional capital is required for the construction of a 400-bed hospital and a cancer hospital.
The hospital, which has been providing hospital services and various educational programs, was established in 2063 BS and currently has an annual turnover of Rs. 1.00 crore. The company has more than 425 employees at the company.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Chudamani Khanal, Director of NPI Narayani Community Hospital and Mr. Manish Narayan Joshi, Chief Executive Officer of Nabil Investment Banking. Mr. Bishnu Kunwar, Director of the company and Mr. Niraj Kumar Shrestha, Director were also present on behalf of the issuing company.
