Kathmandu. NESDO Samruddha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the board of directors of the microfinance company held on December 6. The meeting also decided to send the financial details of the last fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
