Kathmandu. Api Power Company has declared a dividend. The announcement was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Monday.

The company has declared 5% right shares, bonus shares and 0.2632% dividend. The company has proposed to issue 30 percent right shares of its paid-up capital after the dividend.

The company has called its annual general meeting (AGM) on January 29. The book will be closed on January 18 for the purpose of the meeting.

Shareholders who remain in power till January 1 will receive the dividend fixed by the company.
