Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has called its AGM to approve the dividend that it had announced to distribute to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The insurance company has called its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 15, 2019 at its head office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m.

The AAGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 4 percent bonus shares and 8.5 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.

KATHMANDU, Jan. 1: The Insurance Company Limited (AGM) has decided to close its book for one day on January 3. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till January 1 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend to be distributed by the insurance company.
