Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the central bank of Nepal, has granted legal permission to Nepali IT companies to open branches in foreign countries and transfer their equity to foreign countries. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has given permission to iDream Technologies Company.

The company has opened a branch office in the US under the name of iDream LLC and Nepal Rastra Bank has approved the transfer of money in US bank accounts in dollar terms of equity. This is expected to make it easier for Nepali IT companies to actively aim to earn foreign exchange.
