Kathmandu. Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company has declared dividend to its shareholders.

The company has proposed 15 percent bonus shares and 0.789 percent cash dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year. The meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 23 has proposed the dividend. The proposed dividend has been informed to the Electricity Regulatory Commission on December 24 for approval.

The company said it was in the process of being approved by the commission. The company has informed NEPSE about the proposed dividend only after 8 days.
