Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) has congratulated and welcomed the newly elected President of the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs Nepal (FNCCI). Welcoming the newly-elected office-bearers, CNI President Birendra Raj Pandey stressed the need for deeper collaboration for the overall economic development along with the development of women entrepreneurs.

Stating that the consumption of domestic products should be increased, he said that the CNI has been running the ‘Make in Nepal, Swadeshi Campaign’. He expressed the belief that there would be intense collaboration between the Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs and the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs.

On the occasion, newly-elected President of FNCCI Darshana Shrestha underscored the need of collaboration in the sector of women entrepreneurs. He stressed the need to move ahead by collaborating with the Confederation in various sectors. Discussions were held on the occasion regarding the areas of cooperation. Vice-President of CNI, Amit Mor, Director General of CNI, Dr. Ghanashyam Ojha and others were also present on the occasion.
