. NepaliRika Hotel Limited is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO) to the general public. Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.

The company is planning to issue 5 million units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share, for a total issue of Rs 50 crore.TAG_OPEN_p_5

The agreement of the same was signed by Mr. Bholeshwor Dulal, Chairman of Nepali Rica Hotel Limited and Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital.TAG_OPEN_p_4 Following the agreement, the IPO issuance process will commence in the near future.

There are 14 TAG_OPEN_p_3 6 rooms in NepaliRika Hotel located in Biratchowk in eastern Nepal. Similarly, Nepalirika Hotel in Damak has 39 rooms, suites, restaurant and bar along with a heritage block built in traditional Nepali architecture. The hotel also provides banquet and conference facilities with a capacity of 50 to 1500 people and a swimming pool.
