Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed Salpa Bikas Bank Limited (NEPSE). The bank’s shares were listed on NEPSE on Friday.
According to NEPSE, the bank’s IPO will be open for trading in the secondary market from Monday. A total of 5,223,880 units of ordinary shares of the bank with a face value of Rs 100 have been listed.
According to the agreement, the promoter shareholders will own 67% (3.5 million units) and ordinary investors will own 33% (1,723,880 units). Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issuance of shares of Yes Bank, headquartered in Diktel, Khotang.
