Kathmandu. On the first day of the week, the market fell by 105 points on Sunday. The market has turned green today after the government started investigating money laundering.
The Stock Brokers Association has given a 5-point suggestion to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle to improve the market after the market started falling continuously. While meeting everyone, Minister Wagle has been appealing to the government to publicize that it is positive towards the market. He continued the same theme today.
Investors are also saying that the market has shown improvement.
On Monday, the index rose by 83.33 points to close at 2,760 points. A total of 2,51,55,854 units of shares of 345 companies were traded at Rs 10.92 billion.
The prices of 264 companies increased while the prices of 3 companies declined. The sub-indices of all the sub-indices were in the green. Share prices of 8 companies have hit a positive circuit in the day.
