Kathmandu. The government has appointed Gunakar Bhatta as the vice-chairman of the National Planning Commission. A meeting of the Council of Ministers today has decided to appoint Bhatta, the former executive director of Nepal Rastra Bank, as the vice-chairperson of the country.
