Kathmandu. Four companies have applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission to issue IPOs. Doleshwor Village Resort and Farm House Limited and KTM Hospitality Limited have registered applications for the same.
Citizens Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. Similarly, KTM Hospitality Limited has applied for 15,50,000 units of shares with RBB Merchant Banking Limited as its issue manager.
Bhagawati Steel Industries Limited has applied for 15 lakh units of shares at a premium price for the production and processing sector. The company has proposed to issue an IPO at Rs 233 per share (including premium) and Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager.
Similarly, Asian Concreto Limited has applied for the issue of 10,62,500 units of ordinary shares. Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
Currently, a total of 442,172,132 units of shares are being issued in the pipeline with a total value of Rs 66.23 billion. The Board will grant final approval only if the criteria are met after studying the documents and financial statements submitted by the companies.
