Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has signed an IPO management agreement with Genesis Ventures Limited for the proposed public offering of 25 lakh units.

Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, CEO of Laxmi Sunrise Capital and Mr. Anuj Rathi, Chairman of Genesis Ventures Ltd. signed the agreement amidst a special ceremony held in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations.

Under the agreement, Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited will be the issue manager for the upcoming initial public offering (IPO) of Genesis Ventures Limited. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthen Nepal’s capital markets and expand investment opportunities for the general public.

Genesis Ventures Limited is a private market investment company focused on investing in unlisted equity opportunities, targeting high-growth sectors and long-term value creation, the company aims to identify and invest in businesses with strong fundamentals and growth potential. The proposed IPO is expected to support the company’s future growth and strategic expansion initiatives.
