Rastriya Banijya Bank sells non-banking assets in Kathmandu and other places

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has auctioned various non-banking properties in its name through secret sealed bidding.  The bank has issued a 15-day notice for the sale of non-banking assets.

TAG_OPEN_div_12 The bank has invited proposals for sale of real estate and other properties located in Kathmandu and Kailali districts at the lowest price fixed on the minimum price. As per the notice, any interested person, firm or company has to submit a sealed tender to the concerned branch office within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice. The tenders will open at 2:00 pm on the 16th day.

The minimum price of the land in Tinthana, Kathmandu has been set at Rs 3 TAG_OPEN_div_10,20,57,000. Similarly, the price of the land at Gaushala has been fixed at Rs 22.22 million.

The bank has put up for auction the land in Tikapur, Chaumala, Bhajani, Masuriya and Hasulia areas of Kailali at a minimum price ranging from Rs 62,TAG_OPEN_div_8 20,000 to Rs 2,43,91,600.
