Kathmandu. Members of the National Assembly Swarnim Wagle has accused the government of changing the tax rates and demanded that a committee be formed to investigate the matter.

Speaking in an emergency hour of today’s meeting, lawmaker Tul Prasad Bishwakarma said, “It should be clear that within 24 hours of the introduction of the Finance Bill, 16 pages of the bill were deleted and another bill was brought out by reducing the pages. ”

Renu Chand accused Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle of changing tax rate and demanded the formation of a probe committee to look into it.

Lawmakers Narayan Dutta Mishra and Meena Singh Rakhal demanded that the parliament be answered in response to the remarks made by Prime Minister Shah on Nepal-India relations. The National Assembly will next meet at 1 pm on June 11.
