Kathmandu. The deadline for companies registered under the Companies Act, 2063 BS has been extended till mid-January to get the facility of exemption of tax, fees, fees, interest and penalty.

Earlier, the deadline was extended till mid-October 2083 as per the decision of Kartik 9, 2083.

The companies that have not submitted the details or have not renewed the details or have not submitted the tax, fees, fees, interest and penalty to be submitted within the time limit specified by the law will be eligible for this facility.

If such a company wants to continue the business or cancel the registration of the company, it has to submit the tax, fees, fees and details as per the law for the fiscal year 2082/83 by mid-January, 2083.

All taxes, fees, fees, interest and fines will be waived off if the required details and taxes, fees and fees are submitted within the stipulated time.

This provision is expected to facilitate companies that have not submitted details for a long time, not renewed their details and have not been able to fulfill their financial obligations to continue their business or cancel their registration by completing the legal process.
