Thai cuisine now at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Marriott Hotel has organized a special food festival called “Flavours of Thailand” with an aim to experience the real taste of Thai cuisine in Kathmandu.

The event, which started at the Adamame Restaurant, will run from June 15 to 25 at 1 p.m. every day.

The main attraction of the festival will be Nattawood Ruengsamut, a celebrity chef from Marriott North Pattaya, popularly known as Chef On. With over 19 years of experience in Thai, Cantonese, Italian, French, Japanese and modern Asian fusion cuisine, Chef Onn continues to serve guests with quality and authentic flavours through his creativity and exquisite culinary.

The menu presented at the festival encapsulates the familiar and popular flavours of Thai food. Guests will be able to experience a wide range of flavours, from seafood starters to rich curries and fragrant rice dishes. Special dishes such as pla salmon, lobster, tom yam and pod cra pao are prepared using fresh herbs and spices. The original flavor of Thai food has been made more vibrant. Along with these dishes, special Thai-style drinks like Siam Garden, Phuket Spice Mule and Thai Tea Boba Cloud are also available, which will make the whole experience even more special.

“Flavours of Thailand” strives to bring Thailand’s vibrant street culture and rich culinary tradition to Kathmandu. The Kathmandu Marriott Hotel invites all guests to experience the unique taste of Thailand by participating in this exclusive culinary tour organized for a limited period.
