According to the Nepal Rastra Bank, a total of 10,4 TAG_OPEN_div_12 05 samples will be collected by selecting wards through random sampling method by incorporating all types of local levels. The survey will collect customers’ perception and experience of financial services on access to financial services, quality of service, transparency, complaint management, protection of financial customers and overall financial services.
Nepal Rastra Bank Launches Financial Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Nepal Rastra Bank (TAG_OPEN_div_10 NRB) has urged all stakeholders to cooperate in data collection by providing accurate information to make the survey effective, credible and impartial. Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary and participants can refuse to answer questions they feel uncomfortable with.
