Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), the central bank of Nepal, is set to issue debentures worth Rs 20 billion. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is going to issue ‘Nepal Rastra Bank Debenture 2084 D’ today.

The interested investors can apply for the debentures from class A, B and C.

Bidding can be done online till 3:00 pm. The interest rate will be determined through bidding.

The principal payment of the debentures for a period of one year will be made on July 22, 2084. The interest will be paid half-yearly. The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of Rs 5 crore and a maximum of Rs 5 crore.

It can be used as collateral in banks and financial institutions.
