Kathmandu. Indian External Affairs Secretary Mannu Mahawar is arriving in Kathmandu on a two-day visit to Nepal. Mahawar is coming to Nepal to participate in the meeting of the energy mechanism between the two countries.
Mahawar is the head of the North Division of the Ministry of External Affairs of India, which looks after China, Nepal and Bhutan. Mahawar is scheduled to arrive in Nepal on July 13.
During his stay in Nepal, he will hold talks with Minister for Foreign Affairs Sishir Khanal. Similarly, Mahawar will participate in the meeting of the Joint Committee (JSC) and Joint Working Group (JGBG) to look after the energy and water resources of the two countries.
The meeting of the mechanism has been scheduled for July 14 and 15.
