Securities Board of Nepal’s policies and programs unveiled, what are the priorities? (Full Text)

Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has brought capital market policy and programme for the fiscal year 2083/084 BS.

The policies and programs have mentioned expediting legal and regulatory reforms and making service delivery digital.

The regulatory process will be simplified, predictable and investment-friendly. Financial literacy will be expanded, investor education, effective cannabis management, transparent information system and fair market practices will be institutionalized.
