Kathmandu. The Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has directed the insurance companies to implement digital tracking system within three months.
The NEA has directed the insurance companies to make the claim management process transparent, accountable, effective and technology-friendly and to implement a tracking system so that the insured can get information about the status of their claim in real time.
With the help of digital tracking system, the insured will be able to inform the insurer about each step of claim from time to claim payment.
