Kathmandu. The District Administration Office, Sunsari has imposed an indefinite curfew in five places.

The curfew has been imposed in Harinagara Bazaar, Bhutaha Bazaar, Kasanganj Bazaar, Ghuski Bazaar and Dewangunj bazaar.

Chief District Officer Basudev Ghimire issued the curfew order in line with Clause 6 (a) of the Local Administration Act, 2028 BS from 7:00 am until another notice is issued.

During the curfew period, no one will be allowed to move in the designated area, any kind of assembly, procession, demonstration, assembly, meeting and gherao will not be allowed in the designated area.

Any person violating the order can be fined up to Rs 1,000 and imprisoned for up to one month.
