This is how the salary of the employees has been increased since July, who gets how much? 

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The government has released the salary scale of civil servants to be effective from the current fiscal year 2083/84. According to the salary scale published by the Ministry of Finance, the salary of the Chief Secretary has been fixed at Rs 84,932 from July 17. Similarly, the maximum salary of the Chief Secretary has been increased to Rs 90,594 per month at the rate of Rs 2,831 per grade and two grades.

Similarly, the starting salary of the gazetted special class will be Rs 79,290 and the maximum salary will be Rs 84,576.TAG_OPEN_div_12  The starting salary of Gazetted First Class has been fixed at Rs 62,466 and the maximum salary at Rs 77,040.

The starting salary of Gazetted Second Class is Rs. 53,611 and that of Gazetted Third Class is Rs. 48,058.TAG_OPEN_div_10 Similarly, separate pay scales and grade rates were also fixed for the ungazetted first, second, third and fourth class employees.

The schedule also provides for separate pay scales for employees of different levels of heavy and light vehicle drivers.TAG_OPEN_div_8 The starting salary of heavy vehicle drivers of fifth level is Rs 45,717 while the salary of light vehicle drivers of fifth level is Rs 43,794.
