Kathmandu. Out of the initial public offering (IPO), Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has set aside 3,77,72,024 units of shares for its promoters and employees.

According to the company, out of 5,28,27,936 units of bonus and right shares registered with the Securities Board of Nepal, 3,77,72,024 units are currently in the auction.

Out of which 3,69,79,555 units of promoter shareholders and 7,92,469 units of employees are promoted.
