Kathmandu. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company’s Branch Manager Conference was held here today.

The event was held in Chitwan from July 30 to July 30 after organizing various programs for four days.

The program concluded with the review of Fiscal Year 2082/83, New Fiscal Year 2083/84 strategy, felicitation of employees, branch heads, province chiefs for outstanding performance in FY 2082/83 and training on Power of Mind Set for Business Growth.

On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the insurance company, Santosh Prasain, thanked all the employees, agents, insured and others for the good growth rate of the business in the fiscal year 2082/83.

He clarified about the business strategy for the coming fiscal year and encouraged them to move ahead with confidence. On the occasion, Province Chief, Section Chief, Sales Executive and others were honoured for their outstanding performance in the fiscal year 2082/83.

On the occasion, Acharya Raja Babu Shah’s Power of Mind Set for Business Growth Training session provided energy to enhance the professional capacity.

Similarly, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance, Kishor Prasad Lamichhane, said that the company should learn from past experiences and improve to achieve bigger success in the future.

Deputy General Manager and National Sales Head of the company, Sona Bahadur Magar shed light on the business strategy for the fiscal year 2083/84. About 200 people from all over the country including management, provincial chiefs, branch heads, sales executives were present in the program.
