NIC ASIA Capital to Distribute 50% Cash Dividend

Kathmandu. NIC ASIA Capital Limited has decided to distribute 50% dividend to its shareholders. The dividend will be distributed as per the decision of the 174th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on August 11.

The 10th Annual General Meeting (TAG_OPEN_div_12 AGM) of NIC ASIA Capital Limited is scheduled to be held on September 10, 2083 at 9:00 AM at NIC ASIA Capital Limited’s Registered Office, Thapathali, Kathmandu.

The AGM shall discuss and approve the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2082÷083 and approve the distribution of cash dividend of 50% of the paid-up capital (including tax) as proposed by the Board of Directors.TAG_OPEN_div_10

} Also, with the slogan “Now on Line, Not on Line, Capital’s Services Online” to make its services accessible and to the customers through the use of technology, the capital has also been able to make arrangements to provide most of the services provided by the capital online by the end of FY 2082÷083.
