Kathmandu. Soaltee Hotel Limited has published its financial results for the fiscal year 2082/83. According to the company’s financial report, the company’s profit and other indicators have increased.

The net profit of the hotel has increased by 16.51 percent in the last fiscal year. According to the company’s financial report for the fiscal year 2082/83, the company has earned a net profit of Rs 76.11 crore in the review period. In the previous fiscal year, the hotel had made a net profit of Rs 65.32 crore.

The operating income of Soaltee Hotel has also increased. In the fiscal year 2082/83, the hotel earned an operating income of Rs 3.14 billion. Such income was Rs 2.77 billion in the previous year. Operating income increased by 13.49 percent.

The hotel’s paid-up capital has increased by 15 percent to Rs 1.17 billion. In the previous FY, the company had posted a paid-up capital of Rs 1,218,62,000.

Similarly, there has been a significant improvement in the retained earnings and reserves of Soaltee Hotel. Such amount has reached Rs 2.17 billion in the review period. This is an increase of 25.22 percent from Rs 1.73 billion in the previous year.

On the other hand, the financial cost of hotels has increased at a high rate. In the fiscal year 2082/83, the financial cost has reached Rs 71.15 lakh. Last year, the cost was Rs 39.55 lakh. Accordingly, the cost of financing increased by 79.89 percent.

Soaltee Hotel’s earnings per share have improved marginally. In the review period, the company earned Rs 6.48 per share. Last year, such income was Rs 6.39. Earnings per share increased by 1.41 percent.

Similarly, the net worth per share of the company has also increased by 5.59 percent. In the financial year 2082/83, the net worth per share has reached Rs 28.52, compared to Rs 27.01 in the previous year.
