Baitadi. Minister for Infrastructure Development Sunil Lamsal, who reached Baitadi, has been airlifted to Dhangadhi of Kailali district. He will be taken to Kathmandu from Dhangadhi.

Minister Lamsal was airlifted to Dhangadhi by Nepal Army helicopter after he complained of health problems, according to Baitadi’s Chief District Officer Mina Aryal.

“He was airlifted to Dhangadhi by a Nepal Army helicopter from Surkhet after he complained of health problems,” said CDO Aryal.

A team led by Minister Lamsal arrived here since Friday to inspect the condition of highways and infrastructures in various districts of the Far-West. He was scheduled to return from Darchula and visit different areas of Baitadi and Bajhang.
