Stock market plunges 2,600 points after 39 days

. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has fallen below 2600 points after a long time. After Monday’s trading, the NEPSE index fell by 2600 points.

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index decreased by 19.13 points to close at 2,TAG_OPEN_div_14 599.58 points on Monday. Prior to this, the NEPSE index was closing at 2597.80 points on July 14.

Along with NEPSE, the transaction amount has also decreased on this day.TAG_OPEN_div_12 Shares worth Rs 4.16 billion were traded on Friday and Rs 3.23 billion was traded in the market today.

} The indices of all 13 sub-groups traded lower today. Among them, the index of hydropower sub-group decreased the most today.

Shares of Sarvottam Paints are in the positive circuit today. Reliance Spinning Mills topped the list on the basis of turnover volume on the day. The company’s shares worth Rs 12.72 crore were traded on the day.
