Kathmandu. The Nepali Congress has decided to donate the amount to the party fund for the disaster affected people in a lump sum amount to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund.

According to Gagan Thapa, the support received from the leaders and cadres of the party at various levels, including the central committee, will be deposited in the party’s fund. After that, the amount will be transferred to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund in a lump sum.

The party has urged its members to contribute to the party’s fund and urged others to contribute to the government’s fund.

The Congress has pledged to support the government in relief and rescue and said that it will draw attention to the weaknesses and needs seen in the government’s work. The Congress has said that pointing out where there is a gap in the government’s work and where it needs to work is not a criticism of the government but an aspect of cooperation.

It has been said that efforts are being made under the leadership of the Congress Parliamentary Party leader to meet the Prime Minister and draw his attention on the issue of disaster management and relief. The Congress has said that it will provide additional support and suggestions as per the need in the coming days.
