Kathmandu. Jawalakhel Group of Industries (JGI) has provided Rs 30 million to the Government of Nepal for relief, rehabilitation and reconstruction of the people affected by the devastating floods and landslides in different parts of the country.

The company said that the amount was deposited in the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund and handed over to the government. The company said that the amount was given to the government to assist in the rescue and rehabilitation work of the citizens affected by the natural disaster.

JGI said the assistance was provided to provide relief to the families affected by the floods and landslides with the belief that it would help in the necessary rehabilitation and reconstruction works after the disaster.

Meanwhile, the company expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives in floods and landslides and extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
