Kathmandu. Prime Minister Balendra Shah has said that the government is not allowed to take rest because it is tired during the time of disaster.

Addressing today’s meeting of the House of Representatives, he said that the country’s leadership should give courage, support and assurance to the people and not tears in this hour of crisis. He said that there is no time to lament with each other even when our hearts are broken.

Prime Minister Shah said, “We had no other option but to fight this calamity with the same determination and courage. We are fighting.” ”

He said that the children, fathers, brothers and sisters who were weaving their dreams, living happily and happily, were snatched away in a moment by the massive flood in the Bhotekoshi River of Rasuwa on August 10. He also expressed condolences to the family members who lost their lives due to the loss of their loved ones.

Prime Minister Shah wished speedy recovery to all the injured and said that he deeply felt the pain of the citizens who are still waiting for their loved ones to be found. “This pain is not only of Rasuwa, Nuwakot or Dhading, but it is a common blow on the chest of the entire Nepal. My heart gets cold when I hear the cries of the people affected by the floods,” he said.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister briefed the parliament in detail about the works carried out by the government to save the lives of the flood-affected people.
