Rs 12 billion deposited in Prime Minister’s Relief Fund

Kathmandu. About Rs 12 billion has been deposited in the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.

According to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Rs 11.TAG_OPEN_div_10 77 billion has been deposited in the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund and the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund as of 9 am on Tuesday.

Currently, nine commercial banks have a stock of Rs 8 TAG_OPEN_div_8.59 billion in deposits. According to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Rs 1 billion has already been released in the name of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority for the flood victims of Rasuwa.

Similarly, Rs TAG_OPEN_div_6 2,11,08,471 has been deposited in the dollar accounts of Himalayan Bank Limited and Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited.
