KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited has called its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a proposal to approve dividends. The bank is going to close the book on September 19 for the purpose of the AGM.
The 474th meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on September 8 decided to hold the AGM on September 3. The AGM will be held at 9:00 am at Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.
Only shareholders who were in existence prior to the closure of the book will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
