Kathmandu. Sarbottam Paints Industries has announced a dividend to its shareholders.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 28 has announced the dividend to the shareholders.

The company has proposed 10 percent bonus shares and cash dividend for tax purposes.

The company has proposed a cash dividend of Rs 17,89,474 for tax purposes.

This dividend will be paid to the shareholders after the upcoming general meeting of the company.
