Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance Company has announced that it will distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the previous year. The company will distribute 20 percent dividend from the profit of the last financial year.

The company has announced to distribute 5 percent bonus shares and 15 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 8 has proposed to distribute the dividend on the basis of the accumulated profits and financial statements of the financial year 2082/83.
