Vision Lumbini Energy convenes AGM to approve dividend
The company has called its AGM on November 17, Thursday. The AGM of the company will be held at Diyalo Foodland Kalikanagar Pvt. Ltd., Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Rupandehi. The AGM will start at 9 am.
The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of 3.6842 per cent of the current paid-up capital. The meeting will also pass resolutions to appoint an auditor and approve the financial statements of the last financial year.
For the purpose of the general meeting and dividend distribution, the company will close the book for one day on November 3. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till October 29 will be able to attend the AGM of the company and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
