Kathmandu. Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited has announced a dividend to be paid to its investors from the profit of the last financial year. The bank has announced a cash dividend of 16 percent with tax purposes for the financial year 2082-83.
The 494th meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on September 26 has proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 16 percent including tax to the shareholders. Accordingly, the shareholders will get a cash dividend of Rs 16 per share.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its AGM.
