KATHMANDU: The government has decided to accept financial assistance worth USD 305 million from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for road improvement and upgradation.

The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday decided to accept the concessional loan of 285 million US dollars and 20 million US dollars grant assistance for the improvement of roads, said Government Spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel.

With this decision, the road infrastructure improvement, upgradation and development works will be further accelerated.
