Kathmandu. In the pre-open session on Wednesday, the NEPSE index closed slightly lower.

The NEPSE, which closed at 2,760.17 points, up 34.46 points on Tuesday, dropped 0.59 points to 2,759.58 points in the session. The sensex fell 0.12 points in the session.

A total of 89,393 units of shares worth Rs 22.5million were traded in 108 transactions of 68 stocks in the pre-open session on Wednesday. Of these, the price of 25 stocks has increased and the price of 35 stocks has decreased. The price of the remaining 8 stocks remained stable during the session.
