Kathmandu. The IPO of Mabilung Energy Limited is going to be issued from today. The company is going to issue ipo for the general public in the second phase. The company has already issued an IPO for local residents and Nepalis in foreign employment.

The company had received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal to issue 1,890,530 units of shares worth Rs 189.05 million or 48.9998 percent of the issued capital of Rs 385.824 million.

Applications can be made for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 50,000 units. The last date for submission of applications is August 15. Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited is the issue manager of the company.
