Kathmandu. Omstone Hotels Limited (Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort) and Citizens Capital Limited have signed an agreement to issue ordinary shares and appoint a sales manager.

Ramesh Kumar Hamal, Managing Director of Omstone Hotels and Sabir Bade Shrestha, CHIEF Executive Officer of Citizens Capital signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

As per the agreement, Citizens Capital will act as the sales manager for the public issue of primary shares of Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort (Omstone Hotels Limited).

Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort is a luxury resort located in Patlekhet, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk.

Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort, located at the top of the mountain with panoramic views of the Himalayas and valleys, is built on international brand structure and technology standards.
