Kathmandu. Yapatri Hydropower Company has reduced the size of the right shares to be issued.

Earlier, the company had said that it will issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1. However, now the company is issuing right shares in the ratio of 1:0.74.

The company has decided to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the paid-up capital of the company in the 8th Annual General Meeting held on July 15.

The Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) has given prior approval to the company for issuing right shares in the ratio of 1:0.74 of the paid-up capital on September 14.
