Kathmandu. Sagar Distillery IPO has been allotted. Muktinath Capital, the issue manager of the company, said in a statement.
The company had issued 11,90,640 units of shares worth Rs 11,90,64,000 at a face value of Rs 100 per share to the general public from September 13 to September 22.
A total of 2,227,503 applicants had applied for 2,42,80,580 units of shares. Out of them, 2,193,823 applications have been approved while the remaining applications have been rejected.
A total of 1,19,064 applicants have been allotted 10 units each.
