Kathmandu. RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has declared dividend on its shareholder dividend.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 30 declared the dividend. The company has proposed to provide 8 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The company has called its annual general meeting for November 26.

The book will be closed for one day on November 10 for the purpose of the meeting. Shareholders who remain in power till November 10 will receive the dividend fixed by the company.

÷The meeting has proposed to authorize the Board of Directors to approve the merger committee formed by the Board of Directors for merger and acquisition, to form a new merger committee, to appoint a DDA in the context of merger and acquisition, to fix the remuneration of the appropriate institution and to carry out merger÷ and acquisition.
