Kathmandu. Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has issued 3,62,000 units of promoter shares.
The company is issuing minimum shares at Rs 370 per share. The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 1,000 units and a maximum of 100 units.
The tender should be submitted from November 1 to November 9. The bid form can be obtained from NMB Capital Limited’s office at Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
Existing promoter shareholders of the company as well as other individuals and organizations can also submit bids.
